This fresh fruit topping is a dessert topping made with fresh berries or fruits. Cooked with cornstarch, this fresh fruit topping is thick and sweet and can be used for cakes or puddings.
Ingredients
  Fresh fruit 2 Cup (32 tbs) (strawberries / raspberries / peaches / other fruit)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Chop fruit into large pieces.
2. Whisk cornstarch into cool water and bring to a boil.
3. Add 1 cup fruit and bring to a boil again.
4. Immediately remove from heat and add remaining fruit. Do not cook.
