Fruited Chiffon Squares
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ice cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Non dairy whipped topping||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs) (Thawed)|
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 2 1/2 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Measure 1 cup of the gelatin; fold into whipped topping.
Pour into 8-inch square pan.
Chill about 10 minutes.
Add fruit to remaining gelatin; gently spoon over creamy layer in pan.
Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
Cut into squares.
Garnish as desired.
