Ingredients
  Canned fruits/Pie filling 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  White sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , unbeaten
  Melted butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Scant 1/3 Cup)
Directions

Grease a 6x10" Pyrexdish.
Drain the fruit and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
Blend sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and egg - mix well.
Spread on fruit and top with melted butter.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
