2 Ingredient Apricot Balls

Dried apricots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Dessicated coconut 2 Cup (32 tbs)
For rolling
Dessicated coconut 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1. In food processor, place apricots, coconut, and process on high until smooth.

2. Roll mixture into small balls and then coat them with coconut.


3. Serve and enjoy!
