Butter Cream Decorating Frosting
|All purpose shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Sifted confectioners sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
In an electric mixer bowl beat the shortening, margarine, and extract together.
Gradually beat in the confectioners' sugar until frosting will hold the shape of a tube design.
