Choco Marshmallow Frosting

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  Cocoa 6 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Confectioner's sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Golden raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), rinsed and coarsely chopped
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Miniature marshmallows 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat.
Blend in the cocoa, then the milk.
Stirring constantly, cook until mixture thickens, about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add confectioners' sugar gradually, stirring until smooth after each addition.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
