Choco Marshmallow Frosting
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Confectioner's sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Golden raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), rinsed and coarsely chopped|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Miniature marshmallows||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat.
Blend in the cocoa, then the milk.
Stirring constantly, cook until mixture thickens, about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add confectioners' sugar gradually, stirring until smooth after each addition.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
