Poured Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
  Milk 5 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cocoa 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Put milk and butter into a heavy saucepan.
Set over low heat until butter is melted and milk is scalded.
Remove from heat and beat in a mixture of the confectioners' sugar, cocoa, and salt.
Blend in extract.
Cool.
Pour frosting (frosting will be thin) in center of cake, spreading and working with spatula over top and sides of cake until frosting sets in desired swirls.
