Condensed Milk Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
  Condensed milk 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Semi-sweet chocolate squares 2
Directions

Put the milk, water and salt in the top of a double boiler and mix.
Add the chocolate and cook over rapidly boiling water, stirring often, until thick (about 10 minutes).
Remove from the heat; cool; stir in vanilla.
In minutes this icing is ready to frost your favourite cake.
