Magic Chocolate Frosting
|Sweetened condensed milk||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs) (1 Can, Eagle Brand)|
|Unsweetened chocolate square||2 Ounce (2 Squares Of 1 Ounce Each)|
In top of double boiler, combine sweetened condensed milk, water, salt and chocolate.
Cook over hot water, stir frequently until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
Spread on cooled cake.
