|White sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Berries||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), crushed|
Beat egg white with salt, sugar and berries until stiff, (all of 5-10 minutes).
To serve, slice roll onto paper doilies on glass plates.
Add a cluster of fresh berries to each, or serve roll on a large serving platter, garnished with berries and whipped cream
