Dobosch Torte Frosting
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Semisweet chocolate||4 Ounce, melted|
|Instant coffee powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened|
Beat eggs and sugar together in the top of a double boiler over hot water until thick.
Add the melted chocolate and coffee powder and continue beating until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and cool.
Gradually beat in butter until light and smooth.
Chill 30 minutes; stir until smooth before using.
