Fluffy Cocoa Frosting's picture
  Baking cocoa 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Confectioner's sugar 1 Pound (1 Package)
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Mix together the baking cocoa and confectioners' sugar.
Cream the margarine and half the cocoa mixture in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Blend in the vanilla and half the evaporated milk.
Blend in the remaining cocoa mixture and the remaining evaporated milk.
Beat until mixture is of desired consistency, adding more milk if necessary.
