Golden frosting can be made quickly and easily using orange or lemon extract. Prepared with egg yolks the golden frosting has a rich golden ywllow color that adds an appeal to anything you use this frosting for.
3 Cup (48 tbs), sifted
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Egg yolks/1 whole egg
Orange extract/Lemon extract
Put 2 cups of sugar into a mixing bowl.
Put remaining sugar and the rest of the ingredients into the Osterizer container.
Cover and process at MIX until smooth.
Combine with sugar in bowl and mix well by hand.
