Creamy Chocolate Frosting
|Butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cocoa||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Powdered sugar||6 3⁄4 Cup (108 tbs), sifted|
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan, cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts.
Remove from heat, add salt, vanilla, and sugar.
Beat on high speed of an electric mixer until spreading consistency, adding additional milk, if necessary.
