Jiffy Milk-Chocolate Frosting
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsweetened chocolate squares||3 Ounce, cut in small pieces|
|Canned evaporated milk||6 Ounce|
Put sugar in blender; cover and blend about 1 minute at high speed.
Add chocolate, evaporated milk, and dash salt; blend at high speed about 3 minutes or till thick, using rubber spatula to scrape sides as necessary.
Frosts tops of two 8 inch layers.
(For firmer frosting, chill frosted cake.)
