  Coconut shreds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened grape juice/Cranberry juice 3 Tablespoon
  Boiled honey frosting 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Tint Coconut Shreds in juice.
Frost cake or cupcakes with Boiled Honey Frosting and top with tinted shreds.
