Glossy Chocolate Frosting

The glossy chocolate frosting is made with cornstarch, suagr and boiling water. Flavored ith vanilla, the glossy chocolate frosting is to be used while it is hot.

Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch; add one 1ounce square unsweetened chocolate, dash salt, and 1/2 cup boiling water.
Cook and stir till blended and mixture thickens.
Remove from heat; add 1 1/2 tablespoons butter and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
Spread on cake while hot.
Frosts on cake or cupcake.
