|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||2 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||2 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients in top of a large double boiler, beat at low speed of an electric mixer 30 seconds or just until mixture is blended.
Place over boiling water, and beat constantly at high speed about 7 minutes or until stiff peaks form, remove from heat.
If necessary, beat an additional 2 minutes or until frosting is thick enough to spread.
