Watermelon Frost

Ingredients
  Cubed watermelon 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Triple sec/Orange flavored liqueur 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine watermelon, liqueur, lemon juice, and sugar in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
Pour mixture into an 8-inch square pan; cover and freeze until firm.
To serve, spoon frozen mixture into individual dessert dishes; garnish with watermelon cubes, if desired.
