Caramel Frosting

Caramel frosting is a sticky and caramelized frosting made from brown sugar along with milk and butter. The caramel frosting is be used on cookies and even for candied goodies. This caramel frosting is specially dedicated to children.
Ingredients
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Very Hot)
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Soft butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Confectioner's sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs), sifted
Directions

Put all ingredients except confectioners' sugar into Osterizer container, cover and process at LIQUEFY until smooth.
Pour into mixing bowl and add 3 cups of the confectioners' sugar.
Mix well with rotary beater or wooden spoon.
Add more sugar gradually until frosting is of spreading consistency.
