Nutty Coconut Frosting

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 25 Gram
  Egg yolk 1
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pecans/Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in top of a double boiler, bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Stir in coconut and walnuts, beat until mixture reaches spreading consistency.
Yield: enough frosting for a 9-inch cake.
