|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cocoa||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), softened|
Combine brown sugar, cocoa, water, and butter or margarine in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat, and stir in powdered sugar until frosting reaches spreading consistency.
