Chocolate Frosting with Vanilla Flavoring

|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unsweetened chocolate square||2 Ounce|
|Half-and-half||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), scalded|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Powdered sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs), sifted|
Melt butter and chocolate.
Add half-and-half and vanilla.
Stir in powdered sugar, beat until smooth and mixture reaches spreading consistency.
