Chocolate Frosting With Vanilla Flavoring

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unsweetened chocolate square 2 Ounce
  Half-and-half 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), scalded
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs), sifted
Directions

Melt butter and chocolate.
Add half-and-half and vanilla.
Stir in powdered sugar, beat until smooth and mixture reaches spreading consistency.
