|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened (or margarine)|
|Powdered sugar||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs), sifted and divided|
|Dark corn syrup||1 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Half and half||2 Tablespoon|
|Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Cream butter and 1/3 cup powdered sugar, add corn syrup, vanilla, and salt, mixing well.
Add half-and-half alternately with remaining powdered sugar, beginning and ending with sugar.
Mix well after each addition.
Stir in pecans.
