Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound (or margarine)
  Cocoa 3 Tablespoon
  Thin cream 6 Tablespoon (or evaporated milk)
  Powdered sugar 1 Pound
Directions

Combine butter or margarine, cocoa, and cream or evaporated milk in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in powdered sugar until smooth.
