|Butter||1⁄4 Pound (or margarine)|
|Thin cream||6 Tablespoon (or evaporated milk)|
|Powdered sugar||1 Pound|
Combine butter or margarine, cocoa, and cream or evaporated milk in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in powdered sugar until smooth.
