Marshmallow Frosting

Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cream of tartar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Light corn syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Marshmallow creme 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (or 1/4 pound marshmallows (about 16), quartered)
Directions

Combine egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar, syrup and water in top of double boiler.
Place over boiling water; beat with rotary beater until stiff peaks form, scraping pan occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Add marshmallow creme and continue beating until of spreading consistency.
