Vanilla Chocolate Frosting

|Unsweetened chocolate square||2|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Light cream||3 Tablespoon|
|Confectioner's sugar||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
Combine chocolate and water in 1-quart bowl.
Microwave 30 seconds on HIGH, or until chocolate melts.
Stir until smooth.
Mix in butter, cream and vanilla.
Beat in sugar until frosting is desired consistency.
