Vanilla Butter Frosting
|Soft butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Confectioner's sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Vanilla||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Blend butter and sugar.
Stir in vanilla and milk; beat until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency.
Note: To fill and frost three 8-inch layers, use 1/2 cup soft butter or margarine, 4 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla and about 3 tablespoons milk.
