Carob Frosting

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Non-instant milk powder 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Carob powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raw honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 4 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream the butter and milk powder.
Add the carob powder and beat well.
Add the honey, milk, and vanilla.
Beat with a rotary beater until smooth, 5 to 10 minutes.
Spread frosting on cool cake.
Spread apple butter between the layers for a surprising taste treat.
