Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting
|Semi sweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce|
|Softened butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Creamy peanut butter||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
Melt chocolate morsels in top of a double boiler over hot water; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl; beat on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
Add melted chocolate to peanut butter mixture; beat until smooth.
Chill 15 minutes or until spreading consistency.
