Rich Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
  Powdered sugar 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), sifted
  Cocoa 1 Tablespoon
  Hot water 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream butter.
Combine sugar and cocoa; gradually add to butter alternately with water, beating well.
Add vanilla; beat until smooth.
