Cream Cheese Frosting

Talk about quick, easy and delicious! This frosting goes very nicely with apple cake, carrot cake and banana muffins.
Ingredients
  Cream cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsalted butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Confectioners sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl place cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Beat until creamed well.
2. Add the sugar to taste and mix well.

SERVING
3. Use it to frost apple and carrot cake, banana muffins or bread, red velvet cake or anything as desired
