Coconut Pecan Frosting

Ingredients
  Canned evaporated milk 13 Ounce
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine milk, sugar, butter, and egg yolks in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil, and cook over medium heat 12 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and add pecans, coconut, and vanilla; stir until frosting is cool and of spreading consistency.
