Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
  Unsweetened chocolate 2 Ounce
  Soft butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolk 7
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt chocolate over hot water.
Remove from heat; cool to lukewarm.
Cream butter.
Add chocolate, blending well.
Blend in 112 cup of the sugar.
Add egg yolk gradually, creaming well.
Add remaining confectioners' sugar alternately with milk, beating after each addition until smooth.
Blend in vanilla.
