Cupcake With White Chocolate Frosting

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, whisk the eggs and yogurt and add the vanilla extract
2) In a separate bowl, add the self rising flour,, the ground almonds, caster sugar and baking powder
3) Make a well in flour mixture add in the wet ingredient
4) Also add in the melted butter
5) Fold the mixture
6) Drop the batter into 12 muffin liners
7) Bake for about 20 minutes till nice and golden brown
8) To make the frosting mix together the sugar and butter
9) Beat till light and creamy
10) Add in the white chocolate and mix in well
11) Keep the frosting in the refrigerator till the cupcakes are baked and cooled down
12) Once the cupcakes are cooled frost the cakes

SERVING
13) Serve the cupcakes for the party
