Butterscotch Frosting

Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butterscotch pudding mix 1
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine milk and pudding mix.
Blend well; cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Let stand until cool.
Cream shortening with butter, sugar and vanilla until well blended.
Add pudding to creamed mixture; beat until light and fluffy.
