Tart Lemon Frosting

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Confectioner’s sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

"Cream butter and lemon rind.
Add some of the sugar gradually, blending after each addition.
Add remaining sugar alternately with lemon juice, mixing well.
Add salt.
serve as desired.
