Strawberry Yogurt Frost

Ingredients
  Strawberries 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (1 1/2 cup, Frozen or Fresh)
  Instant non fat dry milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Low fat plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Equal 2 Gram (2 packets)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a blender, add the strawberries, milk powder, yogurt, water, equal and the vanilla
2) Blend till smooth

SERVING
3) Pour into tall glasses and garnish with a strawberry and mint
