|Sugar free vanilla pudding||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mascarpone cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ricotta cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Sugar substitute||3 Gram (3 packets)|
1) Prepare the sugar-free vanilla pudding as per the packet instructions. Use heavy cream in the making instead of any other liquid. You may even use chocolate or butterscotch pudding mix instead of vanilla.
2) In a large bowl, add in the mascarpone, prepared vanilla pudding, ricotta cheese, sugar substitute and vanilla extract. Whisk well.
3) Use the basic frosting over sponge cakes or other cakes, cupcakes etc of your choice.
