Marshmallow Frosting

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg white 1 , beaten stiffly
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Miniature marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine sugar and 1/4 cup water; bring to a boil, cooking to 238 degrees on candy thermometer.
Pour mixture over egg white, beating constantly.
Add va- nilla; beat until about thick enough to spread.
Add marshmallows; beat until well blended.
Spread on top and side of 2-layer cake.
