Peach Frost With Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Ripe peaches 3 , peeled, quartered (Fresh)
  Light corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon sherbet 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ginger ale 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream scoop 1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Scoops)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, add peaches, corn syrup, ginger and blend until smooth.
2. Add, sherbet, ginger ale and blend again till smooth.

SERVING
3. In a glass, pour the contents and top up with scoop of vanilla ice cream.
4. Serve chilled.
