Chocolate Frosting With Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Chocolate chips package 1050 Gram (3 Packs, 350 Gram Each)
  Sour cream 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Hazelnut liqueur/Coffee liqueur 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) On top of a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips
2) Add in the sour cream and liqueur
3) Using an electric beater beat till nice and smooth
4) Cling wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes till slightly firm and spreadable

SERVING
5) Use to spread or pipe on cakes
