Butter Cream Frosting
|Margarine/Soft butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
1. In a container of food processor, add margarine, cream, vanilla, and salt and blend using STIR blade for 15 seconds.
2. Run the GRIND blade and keep on blending the mixture by adding ¼ cup of sugar at a time.
3. For a stiffer frosting, avert the frosting into bowl and beat it until the sugar completely dissolves.
4. Serve butter cream frosting after spreading over the cake.
