Penuche Frosting

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Confectioner' s sugar 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), sifted
Directions

Melt butter in saucepan; add sugar.
Bring to a boil; cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly; add milk.
Bring back to a boil; remove from heat.
Cool to lukewarm.
Beat in confectioners' sugar until of spreading consistency.
