Best Chocolate Frosting
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Semisweet chocolate||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), sifted|
1. In a bowl, add butter, cream, chocolate and put on a double boiler with hot water. Stir continuously until chocolate has melted and the mix is smooth and velvety.
2. Now, add vanilla, salt, powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
3. Use it decorate or cover baked cookies created by you.
