|Unsweetened chocolate square||4 , melted|
|Icing sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted|
|Hot water||2 Tablespoon|
|Soft butter||6 Tablespoon|
1) In a bowl, beat together melted chocolate and icing sugar, by slowly pouring the hot water.
2) In a clean bowl, beat the eggs.
3) Add the eggs slowly while beating continuously.
4) Fold in the butter and mix until smooth.
5) Serve as desired, to spread over various sponge.
