Chocolate Velvet Frosting

Ingredients
  Semi-sweet chocolate morsels 6 Ounce
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Confectioners sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Melt chocolate morsels and butter over hot, not boil- ing, water.
Remove from heat.
Add milk, vanilla and salt; mix until well blended.
Beat in confectioners' sugar gradually.
Fill and frost cake.
Garnish with chopped walnuts.
