Coffee Butter Frosting

Ingredients
  Butter/Regular margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Instant coffee 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla/Rum extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In medium bowl, combine butter, sugar, coffee, and 2 tablespoons hot milk and the vanilla.
With portable electric mixer at medium speed, or wooden spoon, beat mixture until smooth and fluffy.
If frosting seems too thick to spread, gradually beat in a little more hot milk.
Makes enough to fill and frost an 8-inch or 9-inch two-layer cake.
