|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
1 In a bowl, sift sugar and cinnamon together.
2 Mix about one third of the mixture to butter.
3 Cream the mixture using a mixer or by hand.
4 In another bowl, beat in egg white and salt.
5 Blend in the remaining sugar and milk, just enough to get the desired spreading consistency.
6 Beat vigorously.
7 Use to frost spice or applesauce cakes.
