|Corn syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cocoa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients, mix well; place on heat and cook (stirring constantly) to 220 degrees, or exactly one minute after it starts to boil.
Beat gently until lukewarm, then add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Beat well until icing thickens and loses its gloss.
